Shipping costs

The costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel and its destination. The cost is visible during the order confirmation phase, therefore only after the shipping address has been entered on the checkout page.
The cost for shipments to Italy is €9.90. Shipping is free for orders over €59.
Shipping to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain is free for orders over €129.

Delivery time

It takes approximately 10 working days to prepare and ship the order.
As soon as the order is ready for shipping we will send an email with a tracking number, with which you can track the delivery of the ordered goods.
In Italy delivery times are approximately 3-4 working days. For shipments within Europe the courier generally takes 6-7 working days, while for deliveries outside the EEC the transit times are approximately 10 working days.
All delivery times depend on the courier.

Customs duties and taxes

Shipping to the European Union

All our shipments depart from Italy, and if destined within the European Union no customs tariffs, duty or duty are applied.
The VAT on goods and shipping costs, in this case, is applied and is collected.

EXTRA EEC Shipment

For all shipments outside the European Union these costs (customs tariffs, allowances and duties) are due and their definition follows very variable criteria.
Each country has its own legislation and rules in this area. Each individual state makes precise information on the taxation rules available online. In particular, the transaction does not apply italian VAT (22%) on the value of the goods and the value of the shipment. Normally VAT is then required directly on delivery by the recipient state (with a percentage independently determined). Finally, beyond a certain threshold (different from country to country), other costs such as duties and carrier charges are often applied.
