FRAGILE PRODUCTS

Easy Life everyday researches and develops solutions to find the perfect packaging to solve any breaks problems. Although this improvements, Easy Life products are fragile and delicate so some problems could happen with the shipment, such as:

  • Missing products
  • Non compliant products
  • Faulty products
  • Broken products
  • Items not delivered
  • Faulty boxes

If one of these situations happens, Easy Life could ask you to provide information about the fault or non compliance, maybe asking you to photograph the products.

If you have received a faulty or non compliant product, you must report it within 15 days of receiving it. Easy Life, after carrying out the quality checks to verify the actual problem of the product, could decide whether to authorise the replacement or to return the amount. Easy Life could also ask you to return the faulty or non compliant product.

BOXES

Most of Easy Life boxes  are colourful and well designed. It could happen that due to the shipments or packaging solutions the boxes will receive some faults – keeping the goods in it unbroken. In this case Easy Life will not replace the box for the customers. It will be replaced only in case of return of goods.

SHIPMENT WITH PALLET

The shipment of orders greater than 500 euros will be heavy and bulky, because of the large number of products asked. For legal and safety reasons, it will be delivered on a pallet (80 x 60 x 10 cm) and all the items will be contained in a wood box (80 x 60 x 40 cm).
The box will guarantee the integrity of the products and once you have received the good, you can use it however you want.
The bulky shipment will be delivered at ground floor. In the wood box all the items are divided into small boxes, easily transportable.

EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS

If you place an order with a shipment address out of the European Union (UK as well) you will not pay VAT on our website but you should pay it in your country before receiving the parcel.
Pay attention: before concluding the delivery, carriers will ask you to pay:

  • duties (VAT included)
  • other customs taxes

The total amount depends from Country to Country. We suggest you find information about your Country duties before placing the order. 

IMPORTANT: if the shipment will be refused, the parcel will come back to Italy and Easy Life must pay shipping cost to have it back. In this case the order will be cancelled and the shipping cost (for the return as well) will be withheld from your refund.

STUNNING BUT IMPERFECT PRODUCTS

Most of Easy Life goods are partially made by hand. This means that airbrush colours, decal decorations, baked products could have different colours and different shapes. Tiny imperfections are a distinctive characteristic that proves and adds value to craftsmanship. In particular, decal decorations are made by hand: stickers decorations placed on the surface will never perfectly line up.

All of these imperfections should be considered a normal characteristic: a tiny imperfection on the surface, a minimal chromatic change, one tiny black dot, a blurry bottom are part of our products. Our suggestion to every customer is to check the information about craftsmanship before placing any order on Easy Life store. 

These characteristics will not be considered defaults and they will not give you the right to ask for replacement or refund.

It’s important to underline that our goods are not identical one to others and small differences between one to others are parts and real characteristics of the design and represent the real uniqueness of every Easy Life item.
